摘要
介绍了镇海炼化乙烯装置裂解深度实时优化系统的实施和应用效果。通过神经网络和实时优化技术的应用,实现了对不同裂解原料高附加值产品收率的预测和裂解深度的实时优化调整,裂解深度优化系统投用后高附加值产品收率增加0.213百分点,实现了高附加值产品收率的最大化,提高了装置的运行效益。
This paper introduces the applications and results of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining Chemical Company(ZRCC) ethylene cracking severity real-time optimization system. Through the application of the neural network and real-time optimization technology of East China University of Science and Technology,the prediction of the yields of high added value products and real-time adjustments for different cracking feedstocks are realized. Furthermore,the best yields of high added value products are achieved and the benefit of the plant is increased.
