摘要 目的:对山东省滨州市2015年食源性疾病哨点医院的主动监测结果分析,了解食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,为制定预防或减少食源性疾病的防控措施提供科学依据。方法:对在哨点医院就诊的食源性疾病患者进行登记,收集病人基本信息、发生场所、临床症状和体征及饮食史,分析2015年滨州市食源性疾病的流行特征。结果:食源性疾病的高发月份为10月,第一、三、四季度病例数均保持较高趋势,共发生616例,占病例总数的84.50%;病例中26~35岁年龄组人数较多,占19.48%;职业主要为农民,占58.85%;家庭是发生食源性疾病的主要进食场所,占64.47%;果蔬类是引起食源性疾病的主要食品,占41.02%。结论:应加强对滨州市食源性疾病的季节性监测,对发病率高的人群及家庭食品卫生知识进行重点宣传教育,同时加强餐饮环节的卫生监管,尤其是果蔬类食品。 Objective To preliminarily understand the incidence and epidemic trends of foodbrone diseases through analyzing the surveillance results of foodbrone diseases in Binzhou city of Shandong province in 2015 to provide evidence for disease prevention and control.Method Surveillance date about patients' basic information,happening place,clinical symptoms,and diet history were collected from sentinel hospitals and epidemic features of foodborne diseases in Binzhou city in 2015 were analyzed. Result A total of 729 foodborne disease were reported in 2015. The surveillance date showed that the peak of the incidence rate was October. A total of 616 cases maintained high trend with the first,third and fourth quarters,accounting for 84. 50%. The foodbrone diseases mainly occurred in the 26 ~ 35 year-old age group,accounting for 19. 48%. The peasants were major part in foodborne diseases,accounting for 58. 85%. Families were the main places for the occurrence of foodborne diseases,accounting for 64. 47%. Fruits and vegetables were the leading cause for foodborne diseases,accounting for 41. 02%. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the seasonal surveillance capacity of foodborne diseases. The crowd of high incidence and home should be educated in food health knowledge. Sanitary management of the dining links and fruit-vegetable foods should be strengthened.
