摘要
硫黄回收装置原料酸性气烃含量超标后不完全燃烧生成炭黑,造成烟气SO_2超标、硫黄质量变差、催化剂失活、管线堵塞、酸性气燃烧炉波动大等问题,对装置正常运行造成极大影响。在深入分析硫黄回收原料酸性气带烃影响的基础上,提出与气体精制装置建立联动机制、催化剂的处理、优化操作、改进工艺等控制措施,努力降低酸性气带烃对硫黄回收装置的影响。
The incomplete combustion of excessive hydrocarbon contained acid gas used as raw material of sulfur recovery unit will produce carbon black, excessive emission of sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas, poorer sulfur quality,catalyst deactivation, pipeline jam.etc., causing significant influence on the safety stable operation of the unit. Based on in-depth analysis, effective control measures have been taken to reduce the influence on the unit, which include adding linkage mechanism between sulfur recovery unit and gas purification unit, optimizing operation and catalytic performance, and improving process.
