摘要
对替代烷基酚类涤纶短纤维用油剂进行了研究,根据纺丝、纺织要求研发了TDSL–2005B/C环保型油剂。该油剂具有较好的平滑性和抱合性,能降低产品摩擦系数、提高抱合性,满足纺丝、纺织生产需要。使用TDSL–2005B/C环保型油剂的涤纶短纤维经检测,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)含量不超过30 mg/kg,达到纺织品出口欧洲的要求。
The substitute of alkyl phenol spinning finishes for polyester staple fiber is studied. According to spinning requirements, environmental-friendly spinning finishes TDSL-2005B/C has been developed, boasting good smoothness and cohesion. The polyester staple fiber produced with TDSL-2005B/C spinning finishes has met textile export requirements in Europe, with APEO content below 30 mg/kg by detecting.
