摘要
采用三官能度氨基聚醚T5000对环氧树脂基体进行增韧改性,研究了T5000用量对树脂基体拉伸、弯曲、抗冲击性能的影响,结果表明T5000可有效改善树脂的柔韧性。将增韧后的树脂基体用来制备渗透性环氧树脂防水涂料,探讨了其表干时间、实干时间、柔韧性、渗透性和粘结性。结果表明,T5000可改善涂膜的柔韧性;溶剂用量越大,涂料的表干、实干时间越长,渗透性越好。
Epoxy resin is modified by tri-functional amino polyether T5000 and the influences of T50OO's dosage on tensile performance, bending performance and impact resistance are studied. The results show that T5000 can effectively improve flexibility of epoxy resin. Permeable epoxy resin waterproofing coating is prepared by modified epoxy resin and its surface dry time, hard working time, flexibility, permeability and adhesion performance are studied. The results show that T5000 can improve flexibility of coating film, and the greater the amount of solvent, the longer the surface dry and hard working times are, as well as the better the permeability is.
