细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(CTLA-4)与肺癌的研究进展

Advances in research of cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen-4 and lung cancer

细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen-4,CTLA-4)是一种跨膜蛋白质,能够抑制T细胞的增殖与活化,降低机体抗肿瘤免疫反应。CTLA-4与多种肿瘤的形成相关,其与肺癌的内在联系也备受关注。同时在肺癌的免疫治疗中CTLA-4也扮演着重要的角色。本文就近年来CTLA-4与肺癌的研究进展进行综述。

Cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen- 4 is a transmembrane protein,which can inhibit the proliferation and activation of T cells,and down- regulate the antitumor immune response. CTLA- 4 is associated with the formation of a variety of tumors. The relationship between CTLA- 4 and lung cancer was well studied. CTLA- 4 also played an crucial role in the immune therapy of lung cancer. This article reviews the research progress of CTLA- 4 in lung cancer in recent years.
