《黄帝内经》五脏六腑风病理论初探

Primary exploration on theory of wind disease of five zang viscera and six fu viscera in The Inner Canon of Huangdi

对《黄帝内经》有关五脏六腑风病的分类、临床表现等进行相关阐述,并结合后世医家之《圣济总录》《太平惠民和剂局方》《太平圣惠方》等方书中的治风方剂等进行病证治疗上的初步探讨。结果发现,《素问·风论》将风病分为外风、内风,文章分别从五脏六腑风等方面对《黄帝内经》五脏六腑风病相关理论进行论述,初步探讨了《黄帝内经》有关五脏六腑风病理论内涵,并结合辨证论治思想阐述其对临床实践的指导意义,为临床提供了初步的借鉴。

To expound the classification and clinical manifestation of wind disease of five zang viscera and six fu viscera in The Inner Canon of Huangdi,explore the syndromes and treatments combining with the formulas for treating wind disease in Shengji Zonglu,Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang,Taiping Shenghui Fang,and so on.The results showed that Suwen· Fenglun divided wind disease into endogenous wind and external wind.This paper discussed the theory of wind disease of five zang viscera and six fu viscera in The Inner Canon of Huangdi from the wind pathogen of five zang viscera and six fu viscera,explored the connotation of theory of wind disease of five zang viscera and six fu viscera in The Inner Canon of Huangdi,and expounded the clinical practice guiding significance combining with the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,which provided a preliminary reference for clinical practice.
