论中医药治疗艾滋病相关腹泻临床研究

Research comment on the treatment of AIDS related diarrhea by traditional Chinese medicine

艾滋病相关慢性腹泻的诊治问题始终是艾滋病研究领域中的热点和难点。分析近5年文献报道中医治疗艾滋病相关腹泻的临床观察,就病名、病因病机、治疗等进行评述。中药治疗艾滋病相关腹泻的疗效肯定,但研究方法、辨证与辨病、治疗用药等方面存在一些问题。中药治疗艾滋病相关腹泻应该遵循循证医学的原则,扩大样本量,从统一标准,多中心、大规模合作研究,避免低水平重复,便于临床推广应用。

Acquired immunedeficiency syndrome（AIDS） diagnosis and treatment of related diarrhea has always been a hot and difficult area of AIDS research.Clinical researches of the past five years reported in literatures about AIDS related diarrhea treated by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） are analyzed,to review the TCM names,etiology and pathogenesis,TCM therapeutic methods of AIDS related diarrhea.The effects of AIDS related diarrhea treated by TCM are certain.But there are some problems of the research methods,syndrome differentiation and disease,treatment and other aspects.Clinical researches of AIDS related diarrhea treated by TCM should follow the principles of evidence-based medicine,expanding the sample size,from a unified standard,multi-center,large-scale collaborative research to avoid low level duplication,in order to facilitate clinical application.
