基于数据挖掘的柴可群治疗肺癌用药规律研究

Analysis on prescription rules of CHAI Ke-qun's experience in treating lung cancer based on data mining

目的:研究柴可群教授治疗肺癌的用药规律。方法:筛选出柴师门诊治疗肺癌随访期病例及236首中药处方,基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),录入并核对处方,通过该系统中"数据分析系统"的"方剂分析"功能,对所选数据进行用药规律挖掘,分析药物频次、组合频次、关联规则、核心组合及新组方。结果:统计出柴可群教授治疗肺癌的常用药物、高频组合,挖掘出28个核心组合和14个新处方。结论:柴可群教授治疗肺癌经验丰富,理法兼备,多用培本、化痰、祛瘀、解毒之品。中医传承辅助系统对挖掘名中医临床经验具有重要实用价值。

Objective：To study prescription rules of professor CHAI Ke-qun＇s experience in treating lung cancer.Methods：Lung cancer cases during follow-up period that treated by professor CHAI were selected,and 236 prescriptions were obtained.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform system（V2.5）,the prescriptions were input and checked.Through the function of ＇prescription analysis＇ in ＇data analysis system＇,prescription rules mining was carried out from the selected data to analyze frequency of Chinese herbs,combination frequency,association rules,core combination and new combination.Results：Professor CHAI Ke-qun＇s experience of commonly used drugs and high frequency combinations in treating lung cancer were found.Besides,28 core combinations and 14 new prescriptions were extracted by data mining.Conclusion：With both theory and principle,professor CHAI is well experienced in treating lung cancer by fostering root,resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and detoxifying.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system is useful in analyzing clinical experience of famous TCM physicians.
