基于古文献挖掘的饮食因素导致男性肾虚研究

Study on the influence of dietary factors on male kidney deficiency:A data mining of ancient literature

目的:研究古代文献中饮食因素导致男性肾虚的论述,探讨饮食造成男性肾虚的致病条件、基本病机和证候特点。方法:运用文献挖掘的方法,检索《中华医典》中相关文献资料,并经过数据规范化后录入检索结果,并进行统计分析。结果:纳入古文献共222处,涉及50余种古籍,本草类古籍论述所占比例高达59%;共发现44种食物与男性肾虚明显相关,并可分为6类,以蕨叶、蚬和猪脑所含论述最多;饮食因素导致肾虚与饮食偏嗜,食材生熟,采食时令以及食者年龄与体质有明显相关性;病机以消损肾阳最多,比例高达64%;部分病机异于传统的性味失宜与气机失调造成脏腑传变,进而引起肾虚;证候以元阳亏虚证为主,共28种食物引起该证型。结论:古代文献中饮食因素导致男性肾虚的病因病机具有多样性,部分饮食可直接导致男性肾虚,并可能具有与内分泌干扰物导致男性生殖系统疾病相类似的作用,可为防治男性肾虚提供新的方法和思路。

Objective：To research dietary factors contributing to male kidney deficiency in ancient literature and probe its etiological factors and pathogenesis and the feature of syndromes.Methods：The related literature consisting of original data was retrieved from Chinese Medical Dictionary.Then,these data were preprocessed and input to Excel table to perform the statistical analysis.Results：Forty-four kinds of drinkand foods were fairly related to male kidney deficiency,which were selected from totally 222 articles including around 50 ancient writings,and the herbal class writings accounted for total ancient writings as high as 59%proportion.These enrolled drink and foods were divided into 6 categories,and the frond,Cyclina orientalis,pig brain had the most discussion.Dietary factors leaded to kidney deficiency,and there were significant correlation with dietetic habits,raw and cooked food,age,constitution and eating season;the most pathogenic mechanisms of dietary factors accounting for 64%was the damage of kidney-yang,some of themdiffer from traditional pathogenesis,such as the dis-balance of dietary nature and flavor,and the confused activities of qi,which made the progress of disease in viscera.Moreover,deficiency of kidney-yang was the most common syndrome,and a total of 28 kinds of drink and foods caused this syndrome.Conclusion：Etiological factors and pathogenesis of dietary factors contributing to male kidney deficiency are diversity,some of which could directly lead to male kidney deficiency that is similar to the influence of endocrine disrupter on male reproductive system diseases.This study will provide a new method and thought for the prevention and treatment of male kidney deficiency.
