放化疗所致骨髓抑制的研究进展

随着目前癌症患者的急剧增加,放疗、化疗是临床治疗肿瘤的主要手段,其中,化疗杀伤患者体内残余肿瘤细胞,可提高疗效,改善预后。但其不良反应——骨髓抑制,往往是造成患者不能按时足量完成化疗,或导致患者发生严重感染而病死的重要原因。检索近10年国内外有关骨髓抑制病理变化与治疗的研究文献,综述放化疗所致骨髓抑制的研究进展,明确放化疗后骨髓抑制的人体各种病理变化与治疗,综合传统中医药与现代医学研究的放化疗所致骨髓抑制的病理变化与治疗,为治疗骨髓抑制的药物研究开发提供依据,针对于放化疗后骨髓抑制的病理变化可以研制出新型的保髓生血药物,也为其进一步治疗骨髓抑制提供参考,并促进开发物质基础清晰、作用机理明确、不良反应甚微的保髓生血天然药物及其制剂。

Recently,the incidence of cancer is dramatically increased,and the radiotherapy and chemotherapy are widely thought as the primary therapies for different types of cancer.The chemotherapy can kill the tumor cells,enhance the clinical effect and improve prognosis.However,the patients are often failed to complete chemotherapy because its side effect of myelosuppression,it also causes serious infections and death in patients.In this paper,the domestic and international literatures which related to the pathology and treatment of myelosuppression during the last decade were retrieved,the research progress of myelosuppression induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy were reviewed,pathological change and treatment in the human body after chemotherapy were clarified,the chemotherapy pathological changes of myelosuppression induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy integrated traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research were summarized,so as to provide a basis for drug research of myelosuppression.According to the pathological changes of myelosuppression after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,a new type of insurance marrow and blood drug could be developed,it could provide reference for further treatment of myelosuppression,promote clear basis of the development materials,definite action mechanism,as well as minimal adverse insurance marrow and blood natural drugs and their preparations.
