针刺“三阴穴”治疗慢性前列腺炎临床评价

Clinical assessment research on acupuncturing Sanyin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的:评价三阴穴针刺疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效,为CP针刺治疗提供新的辨证思路与针刺方法。方法:将90例CP患者随机分为两组:三阴穴针刺组和常规针刺组。两组患者分别给予三阴穴为主的针刺疗法和常规选穴治疗,10d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。通过慢性前列腺炎症状指数(CPSI)积分表,统计分析各组患者临床疗效,并比较其优效性。结果:治疗后,三阴穴针刺组与常规针刺组CPSI积分较治疗前均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组间患者治疗前CPSI积分对比,未见显著性差异,治疗后CPSI积分差值具有显著性差异(P<0.05);三阴穴针刺组症状缓解率达71.2%,而常规针刺组为56.3%,差异无统计学意义;而在治疗总有效率方面,三阴穴针刺组(91%)高于常规针刺组(71%)(P<0.05)。结论:三阴穴针刺疗法在总体有效率方面优于常规取穴针刺疗法,值得临床的推广和应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncturing Sanyin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis（CP）,so as to provide new syndrome differentiation ideas and treatment method for acupuncture therapy of CP.Methods：Ninty CP patients were randomly divided into Sanyin acupoint group（SAG） and regular acupoint group（RAG）.Patients in SAG were treated with Sanyin acupoint and in RAG were acupunctured with regular acupoints.Every patient would take 3treatment courses,in total of 30 days.CPSI scores of each patient were used to evaluate the difference of curative effect in two groups and compare their advantages.Results：CPSI scores in two groups had an extremely significant difference after treatment when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）.Before treatment,CPSI scores showed no significant difference between the two groups.But CPSI scores had an extremely significant difference after treatment when compared between groups（P0.05）.The symptomatic rate of SAG was 71.2%,while RAG was 56.3%,there was no significant difference.The total curative effective rate of SAG was 91%,it was higher than the RAG（71%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：Sanyin acupuncture method is better in clinical total efficacy rate with accurate curative effect and high recovery rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
