摘要
目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤组方药物不同比例配伍对该方抗流感病毒的影响。方法:以4因素2水平的正交试验形成16个配伍组合,另设正常对照(A)组、模型对照(B)组、奥司他韦(C)组和麻杏石甘汤不同比例配伍组及全方组。给予相应处理后,进行指标检测。结果:与A组比较,B组小鼠体质量显著下降,肺指数显著增加(P<0.01)。与B组比较,除M2G2X1SH2以外的15个配伍组合组的体质量显著增加,除M1G2X1SH1、M1G1X2SH2、M1G1X1SH1、M2G2X2SH1以外的12个配伍组合组的肺指数显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中,M2G1X2SH2、M2G1X1SH2、M2G1X1SH1、M1G2X2SH2、M1G2X2SH1和M1G1X2SH2组的小鼠死亡率为0%,M2G1X1SH2和M2G1X1SH1组的肺病理损伤的改善明显优于其它配伍组。结论:不同比例配伍组方药物对麻杏石甘汤流感病毒效应有影响,这种影响应该与药物组成比例不同所导致的药效成分含量不同有关。
Objective:To investigate the effects of anti-influenza virus by using Maxing Shigan Decoction(MXSGD)with different proportions of composition.Methods:Sixteen combinations were developed by orthogonal test in 2 levels of 4factors.And control(A) group,model(B) group,Oseltamivir(C)group and Maxing Shigan Decoction group were set.The indexes were detected after giving corresponding treatment.Results:Compared with A group,the body weight of the mice infected with influenza virus decreased significantly,and the lung index increased significantly(P〈0.05).Compared with B group,weight of 15 combination groups except M2G2X1SH2 increased significantly,and the lung index of 12 combination groups except M1G2X1SH1,M1G1X2SH2,M1G1X1SH1 and M2G2X2SH1 decreased significantly(P0.05,P0.01).Among them,the mortalities of mice of M2G1X2SH2,M1G2X1SH2,M2G1X1SH1,M1G2X2SH2,M1G2X2SH1 and M1G1X2SH2 group were 0%.Improvement of lung pathological injury of M2G1X1SH2,M2G1X1SH1 group were significantly better than the other groups.Conclusion:Different proportions of composition in MXSGD have influence on the effect of anti-influenza virus,which should be related with different the pharmaceutical effective constituents caused by different compositions.
