疏风解毒胶囊联合如意金黄散治疗流行性腮腺炎临床观察

Clinical evaluation on Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder in treating of mumps

目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊联合如意金黄散治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:将80例流行性腮腺炎患者按随机数字表纳入对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组予如意金黄散外敷,同时予利巴韦林静脉滴注;治疗组予如意金黄散外敷,同时予疏风解毒胶囊口服。对于发热等患者予以对症处理。疗程5d。观察治疗期间患者腺体肿痛、发热等变化情况,评价治疗5d后临床治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者腺体肿痛、发热等恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5d后,治疗组临床有效率为92.3%,高于对照组(74.4%)(P<0.05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊联合如意金黄散治疗流行性腮腺炎疗效确切,能够缓解患者腮腺炎肿痛症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical ei cacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder in treating of mumps. Methods： Eighty cases with mumps were randomized into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder for external application, and Ribavirin intravenous injection; the treatment group was treated with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder and Shufeng Jiedu Capsule, the course of treatment was for 5 days. Observed the changes of glandular swelling and fever, and evaluated the clinical curative ef ect. Results： The recovery time of glandularswelling and fever in the treatment group were shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment for 5 days, the ef ective rate of treatment group was 92.3%, the control group was 74.4%, there was signii cant statistical dif erence between groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： Shufeng Jiedu Capusle combined with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder have a good ef ect in treating of mumps.
