摘要
目的了解急诊科护士对医院安全氛围的认知现状及影响因素,为急诊科开展医院安全氛围建设提供参考。方法采用自行设计的一般资料和中文版葛森医院安全氛围量表(C-HSCS)对急诊科护士157人进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士对医院安全氛围认知得分为(1.40±0.38)分,总体正向率为74.52%。5个维度正向率均大于50%,由高到低依次为冲突与沟通、安全工作的阻碍、管理支持、反馈与培训、清洁度与整洁度。是否自愿从事护理工作及是否需要更多安全培训者对护士的医院安全氛围认知得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论急诊科护士对医院安全氛围认知整体偏正向。科室应合理配置护理人力资源,加强工作环境管理,对护士进行安全防护知识培训,以促进医院安全氛围的良好发展。
Objective To investigate emergency nurses' cognition on hospital safety climate and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for hospital safety climate construction in emergency department. Methods A total of 157 emergency nurses were surveyed using a self-made demographic questionnaire and the Chinese version Gershon Hospital Safety Climate Scale (C-HSCS). Results The average total score of emergency nurses' cognition on hospital safety climate was (1.40±0.38), and the total positive rate was 74.52%. The positive rates of all dimensions were greater than 50 %, which in a descending order were conflict and communica- tion, security block, management support, feedback and training, cleanness and tidiness. Whether voluntary to do nursing work and whether need more safety training significantly influenced nurses' cognition on hospital safety climate (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Emergency nurses' cognition on hospital safety climate is prone to be positive totally. Administrators in emergency de- partment should allocate nursing human resources reasonably, strengthen working environment management, and train the nurses on safety precautions to promote the development of hospital safety climate.
