面对世界产业发展融合化、低碳化、集群化三大趋势,结合我国新型工业化、新型城镇化的实践和市场化改革的要求,提出了新型产业化的概念,剖析了新型产业化的内涵特征和发展机制.与传统产业化注重专业化分工、市场化运作和规模化发展特点相比,新型产业化更加强调产业与事业之间的转化、三产融合、产城互动和产业链分工.新型产业化的理论基础是新制度经济学和产业链高效整合论,发展机制是社会活动信息化、社会需求多样化和社会改革市场化等.对我国"十三五"时期的产业发展和社会治理有一定的参考意义.

In the face of the world industry development trends consist of integration, low carbon and clustering, combined with the practice of China＇s new industrialization and new urbanization and the requirements of marketization reform, this paper puts forward the concept and analyzes the connotation and development mechanism of new type of industrialization. Compared with the characteristic of traditional type of industrialization including industry specialization market-oriented operation and scale development, the new type of industrialization emphasizes the interaction between industry and undertaking, the division of the industrial chain, the interaction of tertiary and fusion development of industry and city. The theoretical basis of the new type of industrialization is the new institutional economics and the integrating theory of industrial chain and the development mechanism consists of social activity informatization, social demand diversification and certain reference significance for the industry developmentsocial reform marketization. This paper has and social governance in the period of the ＂Thirteen-Five＂ year plan.
