鼻窦窥镜下鼻息肉、鼻窦炎手术的效果探讨

目的探讨在鼻窦窥镜下进行鼻息肉、鼻窦炎手术的临床疗效。方法选择鼻息肉、鼻窦炎患者120例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例,其中实验组给予鼻窦窥镜下微创手术治疗,对照组采用常规手术治疗。治疗结束后比较两组患者的治愈率、并发症发生率、复发率以及患者的鼻腔恢复指数,所得数据应用统计学的方法进行分析。结果实验组中患者治疗总有效率高达90.00%,远高于对照组中的70.00%;复发率仅为3.33%远低于对照组的25.00%;并发症发病率仅为1.67%远远低于对照组中的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组中患者在手术后鼻腔正常生理功能恢复分数也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻窥镜下微创手术对于治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉有着很好的临床疗效且复发率低,有一定的临床推广意义。

Objective Discussed under nasal endoscope the clinical curative effect of nasal polyps and sinusitis surgery.Meth- ods Choose 120 patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases, in which the experimental group give the minimally invasive surgery under sinus endoscope treatment, control group using conventional surgery. Compare two groups of patients after treatment of cure rate, complications and recurrence rate, and the pa- tient＇s nasal cavity recovery index, data from use of the method of statistical analysis.Results Patients in the experimental group total effective rate is as high as 90.00%, far higher than the control group of 70.00%; The recurrence rate is only 3.33% is far lower than the control group 25.00%; Complication rate was only 1.67% is much lower than the control group, after statistics analysis had obvious difference （P〈0.05）, and the experimental group in the normal physiological ftmction recovery after surgery in patients with nasal scores are obviously higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery under nasal endo- scope for the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps had a very good clinical curative effect and low recurrence rate, has a certain clinical significance.
