慢性牙周炎伴发2型糖尿病患者应用牙周炎基础治疗效果研究

Study on the effect of chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients with periodontitis

目的探讨牙周炎基础治疗在慢性牙周炎伴发2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果,以期为慢性牙周炎伴发2型糖尿病的治疗提供依据。方法随机选取40例慢性牙周炎伴发2型糖尿病患者作为观察组研究对象,另选取同时期就诊的单纯慢性牙周炎患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,利用c2与t值对数据加以检验。结果对照组经过治疗后,除了空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平无明显差异外,其他各项指标均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后临床各项指标如PLI(1.01±0.14)、PD(2.82±0.55)、AL(2.13±0.35)、SBI(2.05±0.22)等牙周临床指标与对照组相比均明显的下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎基础治疗不仅能够缓解慢性牙周炎患者的炎症反应,还能够降低伴发2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,为临床慢性牙周炎伴发2型糖尿病的治疗提供了重要的依据。

Objective To explore the application effect ofperiodontitis based therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with chronic periodontitis, in order to provide the basis for the treatment of chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 40 patients with chronic periodontitis associated with type 2 diabetes patients as the observation group.In the same period in our hospital with chronic periodontitis patients as the control group,The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared, Use Z2 test and t value to the data. Results In the control group after treatment, in addition to fasting blood glu- cose and postprandial 2 hours after the blood glucose levels were not significantly different, other indicators were decreased, the dif- ference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Patients in the treatment group were observed after clinical indexes such as PLI （1.01 -I-0.14）, Pd （2.82 ＋ 0.55）, A1 （2.13 ___ 0.35）, SBI （0.22 ___ 2.05） and periodontal clinical index and control groups compared were sig- nificantly decreased, with obvious advantage difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Periodontitis therapy can not only relieve the inflammatory response in patients with chronic periodontitis, also can reduce blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by, for clinical chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes treatment provides an important basis.
