中西医结合治疗湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病效果观察

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on damp-heat type nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的分析中西医结合治疗湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果。方法选取湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者94例,将所有患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各47例。对照组患者接受常规的西医治疗方案,研究组患者在此基础上融入中医治疗手段。疗程后,将两组的具体治疗效果加以比较。结果无论是常规比较治疗有效率还是从中医视角下比较症候改善的有效率,研究组患者均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床效果明显,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyse the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of damp heat type non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 94 patients with damp heat type non alcoholic fatty liver disease were selected and divided randomly into the control group and research group with 47 cases each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine western medi- cine program, wihle the patients in research group were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine based on control group. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The effective rate and provement rate of symptoms of the research group were higher than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of damp heat type non alcoholic fatty liver disease has good effect, worthy to be popularized.
