肱骨近端因解剖结构复杂,尽管有不少的治疗方法,仍有较高的并发症发生率。MIPPO技术的应用带来了诸多好处,为求减少并发症,近年来很多研究围绕肱骨近端解剖学、手术入路、钢板设计以及内侧柱等方面展开。

Because of the complicated anatomic structure around the proximal humerus, though there are a lot of treatment methods,but the incidence of complications is high.The application of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis brings many benefits.Recently, a good deal of research has been done on anatomy of proximal humerus,surgical approaches,plate design and medial support and so on to reduce complication.
