Torque test and analysis of high risk grade bolts in mass transit vehicles assembly

介绍城轨车辆装配中螺栓拧紧工艺,分析紧固扭矩在线测试方法,选取10种规格高风险等级的螺栓进行扭矩测试,得到生产现场测试数据。使用统计过程控制(SPC)方法对测试数据进行分析,提出各工序的过程能力提升建议,为后续产品质量控制提供数据支撑。

This paper introduces the bolt tightening technology in the assembly of urban rail vehicles, analyzes the fastening torque on - line test method, selects 10 kinds of high - risk bolts for torque testing, and obtains the production test data. The statistical process control （ SPC ） method was used to analyze the test data, and the process capability improvement of each process was proposed, which provided data support for product quality control.
