疮疡灵与甲硝唑局部治疗干槽症的临床对照研究

Comparative study of Chuangyangling and Metronidazole on dry socket treatment

目的 :比较疮疡灵与甲硝唑局部治疗干槽症的疗效。方法 :随机将 5 7例干槽症患者分为2组 ,采用双盲法 ,进行局部刮治后分别植入 2种药物各 0 .2 g ,并对其临床效果进行评价。结果 :疮疡灵治疗干槽症的临床愈合率为 86% ,有效率为 10 0 % ,明显优于甲硝唑 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且止痛效果好。期间未见明显不良反应发生。结论 :疮疡灵是一种有效、安全的局部治疗干槽症的纯中药制剂 ,值得推广应用。

Objective: It is to compare the efficiency of Chuangyangling and Metronidazole on dry socket treatment. Methods: Fifty-seven patients with dry socket were randomly divided into two groups with double-blind method, and received either Chuangyangling or Metronidazole for local dental treat. Results: The group what treated with Chuangyangling had significantly higher cure ratative and effective rate. Conclusion: Chuangyangling is an effective and safe traditional Chinese medicine to treat dry socket.
