白云铁矿岩石爆区前排孔设计优化

摘要 白云鄂博铁矿东采场开采条件逐年恶化,空间狭小,采场条件复杂以及滑体影响导致采场爆破难度增加。文章针对东采场的爆破现状,对东采场岩石爆区前排孔设计进行优化,适当改变孔网参数以及装药量,并加强内部作业管理,从而显著提高爆破效果,创造了巨大经济效益,并为完成铁矿下达的各项生产经营指标打下了坚实基础。 The mining condition of east stope of Bayan Obo Iron Mine is getting worse year by year. The small space, complicated stope condition, and slipped ore body are all the reason of causing increased blasting difficulty. According to current blasting situation of east stope, this paper optimizes the design of the front - row hole of east stope in rock blasting area, changes the spacing pattern parameter and explosive load properly, and strengthens the internal management so as to improve blasting effect and create huge economic benefits. In addition, it lays a solid foundation for completing all produc- tion operation indicators issued by iron mine commendably.
