Fast Production Method in Startup of 200t/h Large-scale Dry Quenching Device

文章针对中小型与大型干熄炉内部结构的差异,根据包钢焦化厂稀土钢炼焦部干熄焦装置的投产情况,分析对比投产时温度、压力、循环风量、料位以及排焦等的控制手段,探讨大型干熄焦装置投产快速达产的方法。

Aiming at internal structure differences from small and medium - sized and large - scale dry quenching fur- naces as well as basing on the production situation of dry quenching in the Baotou rare earth steel coking plant, we analysis and compare the controlling ways such as temperature, pressure, air volume, coke material level and discharging coke in the production so as to discuss the fast production methods in startup of 200 t/h large dry quenching device.
