摘要
文章针对筛焦系统篦条筛原铸石筛条存在着种种弊端,对篦条筛筛条材质与结构进行改进,最终选定改为碳化铬镍筛条。改造后,保证了焦炭的冶金焦率和生产的稳定顺行,并大幅度降低材料的使用费用和工人劳动强度,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
For disadvantages existing in the grate original cast stone sieve for coke screening system, this paper made the improvement in material and construction of grate bar grate and eventually settled on nickel chromium carbide. After modification, it not only guaranteed the stability of the coke metallurgical coke rate and the production, but also greatly re- duced the cost of materials and the worker labor intensity in which way obtaining the good economic and social benefit.
