摘要
文章结合包钢4 150 m^3高炉长期休风的实际情况,对休风装料方案进行优化:根据矿批大小适当减风,配合休风料的装入;炉腹下部集中加净焦,从而有效加热炉缸;保留炉腰净焦,提高软熔带透气性;计算炉料装入量时,考虑死焦锥体积,从而保证炉料装入量准确。
According to the practical situation of Baotou Steel's 4150m3 blast furnace, this paper made the optimization of long term blown - down loading pattern. According to the ore batch size, we reduced the blast to cooperate with charging scheme. By gathering charging net coke in bosh lower, we could get effective heating hearth. In order to enhance the gas permeability of the cohesive zone, net coke in waist was kept as original. At the same time, we calculated the volume of the coke cone when calculating forced filling rate so as to raise the accuracy of charging.
