热处理工艺对压力容器钢板组织和性能的影响

摘要 文章以包钢生产的07系列压力容器钢为实验材料,进行了调质热处理工艺研究,探讨了淬火温度、时间及回火温度对实验钢组织和性能的影响。最终确定了不同厚度规格实验钢板的淬火温度为900~920℃,回火温度则根据厚度控制在600~650℃,研究结果为实际生产中热处理工艺的制定提供了理论依据。 The paper made 07 - series pressure vessel steel as tested material, which is produced by Baotou Steel. And it gave a research on the quenching - and - tempering process and the influence of the quenching temperature and time and tempering temperature on the structure and properties of the tested steel. Finally, we confirmed that the quenching tempera- tures of the different thickness of the tested steel were in 900 - 920 ℃ , and the tempering temperatures were controlled in 600 - 650 ℃ according to the thickness of the steel . The research results provided the theoretical basis for establishing the heat treatment process during actual production.
