摘要
通过更改取样口位置,改进取样管路及取样方式来延长过滤器使用周期,延长设备使用寿命,从而解决高炉煤气分析仪取样一次滤芯与取样管路频繁堵塞的问题,以保障高炉操作人员能够及时、准确、科学的对数据进行分析。
In this paper, we change the location of sampling and improve the sampling line and method to extend filter life cycle and the service life of equipment. In that way, we can solve the frequently clogged problem of sampling filter and line of blast furnace gas analyzer so as to ensure the data is analyzed timely, accurately and scientifically by pqerators of blast furnace.
