摘要 文章介绍了包钢焦化厂350 m^3/h焦化废水处理工艺,由于焦化废水中有机物含量高、成分复杂及氮含量过高,且系统的预处理效果差及溶解氧不足,导致处理后出水指标不能稳定达标;通过优化预处理气浮系统、改造曝气设施及增设厌氧处理环节,细化操作过程中运行参数,提高了系统的预处理能力,较好的稳定系统的处理效果。 This paper introduces the treatment technology of 350 mZ/h coking waste water in Baotou Coking Coal Chemical Plant. As the high content of organic compounds, the composition of complex and high nitrogen content in coking wastewater, and the system' s poor pre -treatment and insufficient dissolved oxygen, the water outlet index can not content with standard stably. By optimizing the pretreatment flotation system, reconstructing the aeration facility and adding anaero- bic treatment links and refining the operating parameters during the operation, the pretreatment capacity of the system and the treatment effect of the stabilized system are improved.
