摘要 介绍了一种宽带高性能T/R组件。该组件通过合理的分腔设计,减小了低频控制信号与微波信号的串扰,同时充分利用有效空间,减小了组件的尺寸。使用T型结优化键合匹配,使得组件微波信号在带内具有更小的插损及带内波动,实现更优越的传输性能。组件采用多芯片微组装技术,减小了体积和重量,同时设计合理的装配工艺,实现了组件的可批产性。组件包含4个独立收发通道,每个通道包含6位移相及6位衰减功能,具有宽带、低噪声、高功率以及良好的幅相性能。 The broadband and highperformance T / R module is described. The interference between the low frequency control signals and the microwave signals is reduced by reasonable cavity design,and the effective space is fully utilized,so the size of the module is reduced. Using the T type junction to optimize the key matching,the microwave signal of the module is provided with a smaller insertion loss and the band fluctuation,and the better transmission performance is achieved. In order to reduce the volume and weight,multi-chip module( MCM) technique is adopted to the module. At the same time,the manufacture of the module is possible by reasonable fabricate technics. The module includes 4 independent transceiver channels,each channel contains a 6-bit phaser and a 6-bit attenuation,it has wide-band,lownoise,high-power and good performance of amplitude and phase.
