摘要
随着国际社会对早期教育质量的关注逐渐提高,各种体现过程性、发展性评价理念的儿童发展评价工具也逐渐增多。本文介绍了在美国早期教育领域颇受欢迎的评价系统——Teaching Strategies GOLD~?Assessment System,分析了GOLD~?诞生的背景,介绍了作为系统核心的指标内容、操作流程及特点。GOLD~?的运用基于教师持续地观察、记录,它拥有便捷的信息记录功能以及实用的辅助性工具,能够生成满足多样需求的报告。GOLD~?支持家庭参与幼儿发展性评价,有效地增强了家校对话。同时,GOLD~?还设计了一套与之相配套的创造性课程,成为自己的最佳搭档。本文结合当前上海学前教育发展中幼儿发展评价的需求、矛盾与问题,对GOLD~?评价工具在中国的运用提出一些基本设想。
With the international attention to the quality of early childhood education, more and more child development assessment tools that focus on process and development are created. This article introduces one of the most popular assessment tools in the United States, the Teaching Strategies GOLD Assessment System, including its background and instruments. Due to its easy-to-use functions, GOLD can help teachers continuously observe and record, and then print out customized report based on needs. Moreover, GOLD enhances the home-school dialogue effectively by supporting families to involve in the evaluation of children's development. At the same time, GOLD also designs the creative course as its best partner. Based on the current needs, contradictions and problems of children's development evaluation in Shanghai preschool education, this article puts forward some suggestions on GOLD for using in China.
