摘要
校长领导力对学生学业成绩是否有影响一直受学术界关注。美国学界对该问题的研究主要包括"类型研究"与"影响模式研究"。1类型研究主要从个别案例、相关特质以及综合素质三个角度去分析校长领导力对学生学业成绩的影响。影响模式研究则从直接和间接两个方面分析校长领导力对学生学业成绩的影响方式。间接影响模式又主要从教师专业发展、教师自我效能与集体归属、教师领导力、教师工作满意度、教师评价以及学校文化氛围六个方面分析校长领导力对学生学业成绩产生影响的中介因素。
Whether principal leadership have an impact on student's academic performance has long drawn attention within academic circles. The research on this topic in American academia mainly includes the Characteristics Study and Mode Study. The former mainly analyze this topic from the individual case, the typical leadership characteristic and comprehensive leadership characteristic. And the latter, mainly from the direct and indirect mode, to outline how principal leadership influence on students' academic performance. As for indirect mode, mainly from six aspects with a thorough summarization in regard with this theme, there are: teachers' professional development; teachers' self-efficacy and sense of collective belonging; teacher leadership; teachers' job satisfaction; evaluation of teachers; the school culture.
