中华金叶榆扦插技术研究

Research on Cutting Technology of the Ulmus pumila jinye

以中华金叶榆为试材,剪取不同枝龄的插穗,每个插穗顶端保留2~3片叶子,对比不同扦插基质、浸泡时间、激素种类、激素浓度等因素对扦插成活率的影响。采用五因素四水平正交试验设计,筛选中华金叶榆最佳扦插配套技术。结果表明：激素种类对金叶榆扦插生根率影响最大,扦插各因素的最佳搭配是插条选择1a的枝条,选用草炭类型的基质,配置400mg/L的吲哚丁酸速蘸扦插成活率为最佳。

In this paper,The leaf of Ulmus pumila cv. Jinye was tested the cuttings were divided into 2 to 3 leaves at the top of each cutting,and the effects of different cutting media,soaking time,hormone type and hormone concentration on the survival rate of cuttings were compared.The orthogonal design of five factors ad four levels was used to select the best cutting sor the softwood cuttings.The results showed that the type of hormone had the greatest effect on the rooting rate of cuttings of Ulmus pumila cv.Jinye,and the best combination of the cuttings was the selection of 1a shoots.The 400mg/L indolebutyric acid was used as the substrate,and the dipping method Cuttings survival rate is the best.
