沥青混合料单轴抗压回弹模量的影响因素分析

摘要 为研究掺入RAP水泥乳化沥青混合料单轴抗压回弹模量的影响因素,制备了不同掺量RAP水泥乳化沥青混合料。采用顶面法,检测沥青混合料抗压回弹模量,探究RAP掺量、乳化沥青油石比、水泥掺量及温度对其抗压回弹模量的影响。研究结果表明:沥青混合料抗压回弹模量随乳化沥青油石比的增加而降低;随着温度的升高,试件抗压回弹模量呈线性降低趋势;水泥能够有效提高混合料的抗压回弹模量,抗压回弹模量随水泥用量的增加而增加;随着RAP掺量的增加,混合料抗压回弹模量增加;但RAP掺量太大时,混合料的均一性变差。 In order to study the influencing factors of the uniaxial compressive resilient modulus of the mixed RAP cement emulsified asphalt mixture, RAP cement emulsified asphalt mixtures with different dosages were prepared.The compressive resilient modulus of asphalt mixture was detected by top surface method,the effects of RAP content, the emulsified asphalt aggregate ratio, cement content and temperature on the compressive modulus of the resilience were investigated.The results show that the material compressive modulus of the asphalt mixture with emulsified asphalt aggregate ratio decreases.The compressive resilient modulus of the specimens decreased linearly with the increase of temperature.The cement can effectively improve the compressive resilient modulus of the mixture, and the compressive resilient modulus increased with the increase of the amount of the cement.With the increase of RAP content, the compressive resilient modulus of the mixture increased. However, when the RAP content was too high, the uniformity of the mixture became worse.
