沥青路面层间抗剪强度影响因素试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 保证沥青层间较高的层间剪切强度是提高沥青路面使用寿命的重要因素。选取3种路面干(湿)状态、3种粘层油用量、2种路表清洁度及2种正压力,采用MTS试验机,对试件的层间剪切强度进行了检测。试验结果表明:当粘层油用量为0.15~0.70L/m^2时,通过增加粘层油用量均能够显著提高路面层间剪切强度;路面存在少量滞水状态下,不会对沥青路面层间剪切强度产生显著影响,但在长时间(24h以上)浸水条件下,层间剪切强度显著降低;正压力为0 MPa且路表清洁时的层间剪切强度较大,正压力为0.14 MPa且路表受污染时的层间剪切强度提高了;正压力为0 MPa时的层间剪切强度均小于正压力为0.14 MPa时的层间剪切强度。 To ensure a high interface shear strength is a important factor to extend the service life of asphalt pavement.Three kinds of dry and wet conditions, three tack coat application rates,2 kinds of cleanliness and 2 kinds of vertical pressure are selected.MTS testing machine to test the interface shear strength of specimens is used. Test results show that we can significantly improve pavement interface shear strength with adding more tack coat,but the dosage of tack coat should be in range of the of 0.15-0.70 L/m^2. There is no significant impact on interface shear strength with a small amount of stagnant water. But interface shear strength will be significantly reduced after long time (more than 24 h) flooding conditions. There is bigger interface shear strength with a clean surface when vertical pressure is 0 MPa.But there is bigger interface shear strength with a dirty surface when vertical pressure is 0.14 MPa. There is a smaller interface shear strength when vertical pressure is 0 MPa than that when vertical pressure is 0.14 MPa.
