煅烧铝矾石沥青路面路用性能和热阻性能

摘要 为研究煅烧铝矾路用性能和热阻特性,将其作为粗集料,按0%,20%,40%,60%,80%及100%等体积掺入到SBS改性沥青混合料中,研究煅烧铝矾石SBS改性沥青混合料路用性能和热阻性能。研究结果表明:随着煅烧铝矾石掺量的增加,混合料高温稳定性及低温抗裂性呈先增加后减小单峰变化趋势,水稳定性逐渐降低;随着煅烧铝矾石掺量的增加,混合料热阻性能提高,降温效果明显改善。综合路用性能和热阻性能,宜选择掺量为80%的煅烧铝矾石改性沥青混合料。 In order to study calcined alum road performance and thermal resistance characteristics,it is used as the coarse aggregate to replace the common aggregates with 0 %, 20%, 40% ,60% ,80% and 100% equal volume to SBS modified asphalt mixture.The calcination of bauxite SBS modified asphalt mixture pavement performance and thermal resistance performance are studied.The result shows that with the increase of the content of calcined bauxite doped, mixed material high-temperature stability and low-temperature anti cracking first increases and then reduced to single peak curve trend, water stability decreases gradually. Thermal resistance test shows that with the increase of calcined bauxite dosage, thermal resistance performance of the mixture is better, the cooling effect is more obvious. According to the performance properties and thermal resistance of comprehensive road, admixture of 80% calcined bauxite modified asphalt mixture is recommeded as the optimal composition of the modified mixture.
