摘要
为研究天津市中心城区交通承载力,结合国内、外研究经验,明确了交通承载力的概念和交通承载力的研究条件。通过建立的天津市中心城区交通需求模型,确定中心城区承载力研究分区。在交通承载力计算标准的基础上,建立交通承载力计算模型。应用该模型,计算分析了天津市中心城区交通承载力现状和规划交通承载力状况。对规划年交通需求大于交通承载能力这一结论,从职住比、土地利用、控规编制、路网密度及交通政策5个方面提出了相关建议。
In order to study the traffic carrying capacity of the urban area of Tianjin, concept and research conditions of traffic carrying capacity were defined based on advanced experience at home and abroad. The research partition of carrying capacity was determined by means of establishing traffic demand model of the urban area of Tianjin. The calculation model of traffic capacity was established based on traffic capacity calculation standards. Then, the current and planning status of the traffic carrying capacity were analyzed through the model calculation. Finally, relevant suggestion was put forward from the five respects of home-work proportion, land utilization, regulatory detailed planning, density of road network and traffic policy,according to the conclusion of traffic demand from the traffic capacity in planning years.
