在役油库码头不停产加固技术与实践

摘要 码头是仓储油库的重要设施,在多年的使用过程中,由于构件老化和海水侵蚀,使得码头普遍出现结构破损严重的现象,严重影响了码头的使用功能,带来了极大的安全隐患。以广东省惠州油库码头不停产维修加固施工工程为例,对码头各病害的成因进行了分析,并以混凝土结构维修加固的方法为理论基础,介绍了不停产施工的加固方法在该工程中的实际运用及所取得的效果,为在役油库旧码头的维修加固施工提供了可行的实践经验,可供类似工程借鉴。 As an important facility in the oil terminal, serious damages and safety hidden dangers would be found on the main structures of the quay after several years using later, which would be influenced by ocean environment and chloridion erosion. For the case of Huizhou oil terminal strengthing project without stopping production in Guangdong province, the analysis on the causes of the damage on the quay structures are carried on. Based on the theoretical principle of concrete structures repairing, the strengthening technology and its successful practice without stopping production in this project are introduced which can provide reference for similar projects.
