远程在线计量交接在天然气管道生产中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 作为清洁能源,天然气及其产业得到快速发展,到2014年底,中国石油天然气长输管道里程达到4.3×104 km,输送天然气超过1 000×108 m3,管道交接业务量较大。传统的计量交接业务模式采用线下抄表,手工记录交接量,供需双方现场签字盖章完成交接。用户需要每日前往现场,对于部分距离场站较远的天然气客户非常不便。交接过程中以纸质单据作为结算依据,存在着传递耗时、单据保存成本高、统计难度大、核查困难等诸多问题。中国石油长输管道计量交接管理结合信息化特点,提出通过交接数据的自动采集,依托管道生产管理系统使交接双方在线签章确认的信息化解决方案,提高了计量交接的工作质量和工作效率,为计量交接业务的管理决策提供参考意见。 As clean energy, natural gas and its related industry have been developed rapidly. By the end of 2014, the overall length of natural gas pipelines of CNPC has reached 43000 kilometers; natural gas volume transported has been more than 100 billion standard cubic meters; the business of gas custody transfer is massive. The traditional gas custody metering process is reading the meter, recording the transaction volume, confirming and stamping on transaction documents by two parties on the station site. The customers of transmission pipeline are required to go to the site and return every day, which causes great inconvenience for these customers who are far from gas distribution station. Many problems arise when taking the papers as final settlement basis, such as time consuming when delivery, high cost when saving, difficult data statistics and tough verification work. Combined with informatization characteristics, the paper proposes that data can be collected automatically. Depending on pipeline production and management system, digital seal online by two parties can be confirmed, which can enhance the work efficiency and provide reference for decision-making of gas custody metering management.
