我国医师管理对执业兽医制度建设的启示

Enlightenment of the Physician Management on the Development of Licensed Veterinarian System in China

我国医师管理制度体系已较为完善,对规范医师行为、保障权益、促进卫生事业发展发挥了重要作用。鉴于执业医师同执业兽医存有诸多相似性,本文通过对医师考试、注册、考核培训等相关制度的研究,总结了医师管理制度特点,为我国执业兽医法律制度建设提供借鉴。

With the development of the society, a comprehensive management system for physicians has been available in our country, which plays an important role in regularizing behaviors of physicians, ensuring their rights and interests, and accelerating the development of the medical and health services. Given the situation that there are many similarities between licensed physicians and licensed veterinarians, by studying the relevant laws and regulations, the system characteristics of physician management were summarized from the aspects of physician examination, enrolling, performance evaluation and training. The summary will provide references for legal system construction of licensed veterinarians in our country.
