摘要 山楂酸是一种天然植物中含有的五环三萜类产物,具有多种潜在的药理活性。但是其仍然存在五环三萜类化合物共同的缺点,如水溶性差、生物活性水平较弱等。因此,人们对山楂酸的结构开展了一系列修饰与改造探索,得到了一些潜在的先导化合物。对近年来山楂酸衍生物的生物活性研究进展进行综述,希望对山楂酸的进一步研究提供一些帮助。 Maslinic acid,a pentacyclictriterpene acid from many natural plants,has diverse potential pharmacological activities.However,it has some common disadvantages of pentacyclictriterpene,such aspoor solubility and low biological activity.Hence,the structure modifications of maslinic acid have been carried out for decades,discovering several potential lead compounds.This work views the progress in biological activities of maslinic acid derivatives in recent years.
