随着新型复杂装备批量列装部队,其所体现出来的技术含量高、规模庞大、结构复杂、故障面广的特性,对装备维修质量管理提出了新的更高要求。运用质量管理相关理论,剖析了当前部队装备维修质量管理在思想观念、维修作业质量、组织水平、管理制度等方面存在的突出问题,提出必须转变思想观念、预防维修差错、突出管理教育、完善法规制度等对策措施。
