This article introduced the theory and method of energy spectral-ratio method which is used in the estimation of radon background in UAV gamma-ray spectrometry.It also introduced the data processing flow chart and its application in some test area.Estimated result of radon background demonstrated that the affect of radon background has been effectively removed and the method can be put into practice.
