摘要
采用凝胶注模工艺制备了锆改性蒙脱土多孔吸附剂(P-Zr-MMT),通过正交试验考察了P-ZrMMT成型过程中锆与蒙脱土摩尔比[n(Zr)∶n(MMT)]、聚苯乙烯球体积、起泡剂质量、烧结温度等因素,对吸附剂的孔隙率、收缩率和吸附Cr(Ⅲ)的影响,优选出试验范围内最优水平,确定最佳成型条件:n(Zr)∶n(MMT)=2∶5、聚苯乙烯球体积为70m L、起泡剂质量为1.05g、烧结温度为600℃,同时探究了pH,有机物对P-Zr-MMT吸附Cr(Ⅲ)的影响。利用扫描电子显微电镜与X-射线能谱(SEM-EDS)对P-Zr-MMT的表观形貌进行表征。
The zirconium modified montmorillonite porous adsorbent (P- Zr- MMT) was preparect oy gel -casting. The effect of molar ratio of zirconium and montmorillonite [ n (Zr) : n (MMT) ], the amount of polystyrene spheres, blistering dose, sintering temperature and other factors on porosity, shrinkage and adsorption of Cr ( Ⅲ ) in Zr -MMT forming process were discussed by orthogonal experiment. The optimal level of experimental range and the optimum molding conditions are as follows: n (Zr): n(MMT) = 2: 5, polystyrene spheres amount 70mL, foaming agent 1.05g, sintering temperature 600%. The effect of pH and organic matter on the P - Zr - MMT adsorption of trivalent chromium was explored. The morphology of P -Zr -MMTwas characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X - ray spectrometry ( SEM - EDS).
