从招聘信息看企业对情报学人才技能的需求

From Recruitment Information to See Enterprises' Demands for Informatics Talent's Skills

[目的/意义]分析企业所需的情报学人才技能结构,为情报学教育定位提供参考。[方法/过程]以企业网络招聘广告为研究样本,采用内容分析法从企业的基本情况、人才基本能力、人才专业能力等方面,分析企业所需的情报学人才技能。[结果/结论]企业对情报学人才的需求基本没有超出情报学教育的范围,但是教育与职业发展明显背离,且岗位需求量不大,所以情报学教育应该密切关注企业人才需求变化,重视职业教育,优化课程体系。

[Purpose/significance ]The paper is to analyze i nformatics talent＇s skill structure needed by enterprise, so as to provide reference for orientation of informatics education.[Method/process]The paper takes enterprises＇ network recruitment advertisements as samples, uses content analysis method to analyze enterprises＇ demands for informatics talent＇s skills from aspects of enterprises＇ basic information, talent＇s basic ability, and talent＇s professional ability. [Result/conclusion ]Enterprises＇ demands for informaties talents do not overstep the scope of informatics education, but education is far away from career development apparently and position demand quantity is not large, so informaties education should pay close attention to changes of social talent demand, pay attention to vocational education, and optimize curriculum system.
