双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗足月新生儿黄疸的疗效分析

Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Powder in Full-Term Neonatal Jaundice

目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗足月新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:选取宁波市江东区艾博博尔妇产医院2014年9月至2015年8月新生儿科收治的黄疸新生儿共96例,均为足月儿,随机分为试验组和对照组各48例。对照组给予口服茵栀黄口服液每次3 m L,每日3次,同时蓝光治疗,每次10 h,每天1次;试验组在此基础上口服双歧杆菌三联活菌散,每次1.0 g,每天一次,两组均治疗5 d后比较临床疗效,并继续观察至黄疸完全消退。结果:试验组总有效率(93.8%)显著高于对照组(75.0%);试验组治疗后胆红素水平为(114.3±37.1)μmol/L,对照组治疗后胆红素水平为(228.6±18.4)μmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组黄疸消退时间为(7.3±2.2)d,对照组黄疸消退时间为(15.1±1.7)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗足月新生儿黄疸疗效肯定,血清胆红素下降幅度大,所需治疗时间短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus powder in treatment of full-term neonatal jaundice. Methods： Ninety-six cases who were all full-term infants diagnosed with neonatal jaundice were selected in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015. They were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group,and each group with 48 cases. The control group received Yinzhihuang oral solution and phototherapy,and the experimental group received live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus powder based on conventional therapy. After 5 days ＇treatment,we compared the clinical efficacy of both groups,and then continued to observe the two groups until the jaundice disappeared completely. Results： The total efficiency rate of the experimental group（ 93. 8%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 75. 0%）. The bilirubin level of experimental group after treatment was（ 114. 3± 37. 1） μmol/L,and that of the control group was（ 228. 6±18. 4） μmol/L,the disappeared time of jaundice in experimental group was（ 7. 3±2. 2） d,and that of the control group was（ 15. 1± 1. 7） d,these in the two groups have statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus powder has a positive effect in treatment of full-term neonatal jaundice,the jaundice declined largely and the treatment time is shorter,it is worthy of clinical application.
