Progress in Idiopathic Inflammatory Myositis/Juvenile Dermatomyositis in Children
摘要
儿童特发性炎症性肌炎（idiopathic inflammatory mvopathies,IIMs）是一组罕见、复杂,且存在潜在不良预后的自身免疫性疾病。IIMs分类包括：多肌炎（polymyositis,PM）、幼年皮肌炎（juvenile dermatomyositis,JDM）、无肌病性皮肌炎（amyopathic dermatomyositis,ADM）与包涵体肌炎（inclusion body myositis,IBM）、恶性肿瘤相关的皮肌炎等。
