基于城市设计视角的建筑遗产文化价值构成及评估

Composition and Evaluation of Cultural Value of Architectural Heritage Based on Urban Design Perspective

当前建筑遗产保护领域对建筑遗产文化价值的认识及其评估,较少结合建筑遗产对城市历史空间形态的贡献及场所营造的作用加以评估,忽略从城市设计视角对建筑遗产文化价值的认识与评估。从城市设计层面拓展了建筑遗产文化价值的构成要素,将场所/文脉价值作为建筑遗产文化价值的重要构成要素,并在建筑遗产文化价值评估指标框架的建构中,引入"历史脉络""地方依恋""时间结构的多样性"等概念,强化了建筑遗产评估中的文化关联性,补充了城市设计视角的价值评估指标。

Current cogrfition and evaluation on architectural heritage cultural value seldom combines its roles on urban historical spatial patterns and place making, k ignores the cognition and evaluation from the perspective of urban design of architectural heritage and culntral value. This article expands the elements of architectural cultural heritage value from the view of urban design by adding place/context value as an important element of architectural heritage cultural value. This article also introduces the concept of＂historic contexts＂ and ＂place attachment＂ under the evaluation fi＇amework of architectural heritage cxtltural value, strengthens the cultural relevance of the architecawal heritage assessment and adds the value evaluation indicators fi＇om the perspective of urban design.
