摘要
人的全面发展,是教育追求的终极目标。在人全面发展的综合因素中,以品德为主的人格的健康发展是重中之重,是人全面发展的核心。德育始终是学校教育的关键和着力点,是学校教育价值追求和实践探索的核心内容,是学校培养人才的出发点和归宿。目前学校德育存在着德育地位倒置、德育目标宏观和空洞化、德育内容单一化、德育方法简单化等问题,较大地影响了学校德育的有效性。学校应确立德育为先、立德树人的价值取向和人才培养目标,深化德育过程改革,提高德育的实效性,加强师德师风建设,把知识评价和行为评价有机结合,不断提高学校德育的效果和质量。
Students'comprehensive development, the uhimate goal for the education in educational insti- tutions, demands a prerequisite of their healthy development of personality, especially the moral develop- ment. Hence, a top priority in educational institutions should be attached to studentsj moral education, which is the core issue of value orientation and practical implementation. However, current moral educa- tion in educational institutions has not been efficaciously implemented because of negligible efforts, over - ambitious goal, and ineffective methodology, etc. It is advocated in this paper to better quality and ef- fectiveness of institutional moral education by means of maintaining the ideology of " moral education foremost", innovating moral education, strengthening teachers'virtue cultivation, and integrating knowl- edge assessment with manner assessment.
