This paper discusses the theory of self-organization, analyzes the application of self-organization governance on regional library consortium from the perspectives of adaptive features and implementation patterns, and takes FULink as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of self-organization governance on library consortium from the aspects of governance superiority, organization operation and governance achievements.
